okay - i think i get it.

the guys are not dancing. it is a 'form' from the shao-lin five animals
style.

the mystical guide is waiting at the beginning because he(and the viewer)
must show himself to be of the right mind to take up the training (or the
flash experience).

am i getting warm?

the navigation is not confusing - it is exploratory. this is probably not a
front end for an ecommerce site.

i think the idea is about sitting and quietly observing shapes. that is how
the five animal styles are derived. to me the site is about observing
shapes, trying on ideas about how they fit together, and reflecting on the
results.

beautiful.

i wouldn't mind a "reset" feature, tho - i kept reloaded the page a couple
of times so i could start over at the beginning.
