Subject: | FLASH: flash to combat browser issues |

Just curious if anyone else here ever designs a site that for the most part
acts like a static html page, but uses flash to deal with some of the
browser issues and so on...
Or is there a conception by designers that every flash site MUST contain
animation and crazy nav's for it to be a good flash site?
This is a little more of a curiosity thing as to what others think about
this...
