OR...If your on a PC Just use windows' calculator in Scientific mode.
Switch to hex mode, Enter the HEX pair in, and switch to DEC
IE
Hex of #FFDDEE
In calc click on HEX, Type FF, click "DEC"...
then clear, click HEX type DD, click DEC.... etc...
