Hi David,

If this is for the web, you probably don't need or want 44kHz stereo.
Reduce it to 22050Hz mono. This will reduce the file size to 25% without
sacrificing much sound quality. I'd keep it at 16 bit however, and just
compress it from within Flash. Flash5 lets you import MP3, however, so if
you're thinking of upgrading this might be the time to do it, as it will
save a lot of development time not having to wait for Flash to compress the
sound every time you Test Movie.
