I once encountered flickering most noticeably on animated red over a blue
background, especially with slow animation. The piece in question was totally
overloaded with motion everywhere. Ultimately the job got scrapped (and I was
soooo thankful, I wasn't the lead developer on it; it was one of those TV
designer tries doing something online situations...).
