FLASH: magnifying glass help...

I am looking for some help on finding a tutorial or something of similar

nature on how to do/create the following...

I am trying make a "magnifying glass" in flash...basically an object that

when moused down on, you could drag around the screen, and when the circle

part of the object passes over something...it will enlarge it something like

800%.
