FLASH: Flash Developer Wanted

Hi Flashers,


My name is Kurt Dommermuth and I work for a company called Showcase Web design.


I have several projects that are simply becoming too much to handle on my 

own.


We are looking for a Flash freelancer who could step in a help me keep my 

existing work updated.  I know for myself that I find it difficult to begin 

adding and adjusting an existing FLA, but this is exactly what you will 

have to do.


The flash work I'm doing is moderately advanced.  An example of a 

particular swf you would have to work on is at:


http://www.lassenart.com (Flash portion)  the HTML is handled by the owner 

of the company.


In addition to understanding what is going on in the example above you will 

also need to be capable of creative design.  Again, see the web site to get 

an idea of the design genre.


Like most people, I don't have much time to train, but I would certainly be 

available to help you understand my methodology and other questions you 

might have.


The hours will vary.  Some weeks there may be nothing.  Other weeks might 

demand everything you've got, 40+ or more.  You need to respond quickly to 

demands.  You will be paid hourly.
