FLASH: Re: flasher-digest V1 #3933

I'm taking my first Flash 4 course. I used a jpg in my movie, the edited it

(using the lasso and rubber stamp tool to change the color of a portion of

it) in Fireworks then imported it into my Flash library. The image works

fine when I import it, but after I close Flash, then re-open my .fla file,

the new image won't work. When I go into my library, the imported jpg file

is listed, but the image area says, "Bitmapped file not loaded." I redid the

edit/import process several times with the same outcome. Am I missing a step

or what? Any suggestions appreciated.
