Yup. Works like a charm as long as you use .ai7 or eps as your extension.

Macs don't need extension and can include exotic characters
in their filenames. On a mac an illustrator file with a name
like Logo\Revision 8 is no problem. If you transfer it
directly you'll have problems. Save it as Logo-Revision_8.ai7
and it'll be read fine.

Also remember the fact that postscript files don't necessarily bring the
necessary fonts along for the ride.
So you have to make sure to either:
Have the fonts in your file on your MAc and your PC
Convert to outlines on the Mac before sending the file.
