Yes and no. If you are using bitmaps in your presentation, you would have

the best results by creating your movie at a fixed size (800 x 600 or 1024 x

768, or whatever you want), no scaling. If you allow that movie to be

scalable, there is no way to tell the bitmaps not to scale along with the

rest of the piece, and the result will be distorted images.
