Subject: FLASH: Frames per second issues:
From: Jefferis

Hi Matthew,

Then why design anything at 12 fps when something might work better
faster? 12 was a recommended setting... but why?

What happens if you have heavy compression in a Flash film and you play
it at 30 fps... will it appear jerky just because of the processor needs
after it is already downloaded?
