The list server has been extremely busy over the last few days, which is
why it may take a while for your postings to appear. There was a slight
glitch a couple of days back where the machine mysteriously ran out of
memory, all fixed now.
There is also a filter on the mail server to catch any messages with
attachments, which is a likely cause of messages taking a while to get
through or disappearing altogether. Hope that helps.
