Hi Janou

I don't know if you can add a .MOV file into flash 4
successfully, but I do know how to convert a .MOV file
into Flash 4. Maybe you will find this one helpful.

First you need a tool called Smacker, available from
http://www.radgametools.com

After you installed it, go to the smacker function,
choose the .MOV file, and choose the output type, say
.JPG for instance.

Choose not to process the sound to the output file(if
you have sound) If you have sound, just use the sound
processor to separate them.

Smack the files(sorry, can't resist that...)

And Voila! Instant Movie is ready! Just Import all the
.JPG files into Flash 4 and convert them into MC's.
You might want to tweak them a bit or if its a big
file, get that Preloader ready...

And if you wanted the sound that came with the .MOV,
just take the already separated sound, and sync them
with the movie.

HTH.
