It is like a combination lock. You have to select 4 segments in the 

right order. The correct order is 11°°, 2°°, 7°° and 10°° segments 

and then the center circle which appears. Any other order should 

reset the lock to all yellow.


You're right about the flashing lock, I broke the link in an update.
