FLASH: Frame Labels in Fash 4

Hello,

Does any one know if there is a way to do the following in Flash 4


pseudo code:


if _currentframe Label = "Start Here" {


go and play frame 100


}



or maybe:

 

if _currentframe eq "/:Start Here"



Please let me know if my syntax is wrong here.

Also is it legal to have a variable name with spaces or two words as in

the following "Start Frame"
