FLASH: Set Time Delay?

Hi folks!


I am looking for a way to time delay the start of a flash looping animation.


Only at the very beginning, but once the action is started, no longer time 

delayed for the rest of the looping.


TIA!


Note: Maybe a preloader of some sort going into a scene that ends with a 

last frame "Goto Scene 1 and play from frame 1"?


But, how to make the delay in an economical way, etc.
