Does your piece have any interactivity at all in it? Yikes. I'd hate to quote
interactivity by the minute. ...

If it were me I'd just try to figure out the full scope of the piece and give an
estimate. If someone's trying to do a skip-intro that's a minute or more I'd
actually try to talk them out of it because ain't no one going to watch it.
