FLASH: Upload File form in F5. Possible?

I'm converting an entire html based site to Flash, I came across an upload file form, is it possible to create one entirely in Flash?. 


My idea was to create an upload form, and if possible have an MC running while the upload is happening, so that the user may see some activity.


I think using javascript may be a solution but i don't know how to specify a multipart/form-data form with a FILE input button in flash. Any ideas/hints/thoughts would be much appreciated! :)
