FLASH: F5 with gotoAndStop to a random frame.

I've made a very simple little movie that is "tip of the day."  On the

first frame it is blank and there is an action that is "gotoAndStop

(random(20)+2);" since I have 22 frames but the tips start at frame

2.  I have three layers, one for actions, one for the title and one for

tips.  This movie works fine when I test it in Flash 5.  It also works

fine when I test it in IE 5.50.  However, when I pull it up in Netscape

4.75, the only thing that displays is the title "Tip of the Day"  The

actual tip isn't there.  Any ideas?
