People may be interested to read some of the legal precedents that have now
been established with selling domain names.

The most relevant being the One In A Million case which can be seen at
http://www.nominet.org.uk/news/legal/index.html

This has basically set a legal precedent in trying to sell domain names for
profit which are existing company names.
