I have a vague recollection of a story that when the motorcar was first
invented
that those 'in the know' said it was too dangerous since at 30mph a human
would
no longer be able to breathe!

Ahhh....the wonders of understanding!

Nice to see an 'alleged' shoplifter telling the world to avoid the Internet
so
you can avoid other law breakers!!

I believe the phrase would be 'Blind leading the Blind'??

I think we are just enjoying a New Media Age (not the mag!!) version of the
brouhaha over BSE/Mobile Phones/Salmonella/etc......something new will
'outrage'
the media in a few months and everything will calm down!

*crosses fingers*

I happened to catch 'This Morning' yesterday (don't ask). The topic of the
phone-in was internet porn. The 'experts' were: Richard, Judy and Raj
Persaud (no representation from the industry). The conclusions I took from
the programme were:

Richard says we should stop our children accessing chat rooms because there
is at least one paedophile in each room.

Judy says we should log out of this internet until there is some kind of
regulation.

Is this fair?

In the meantime I'm logging out.
