Funny how online jobs are moving from the realms of advertising to

content. We added a free jobs section to our site, and the response

has been massive increases in traffic via a content area that

maintains itself. It also actively promotes itself, because the jobs

are sent out by emails which are then distributed within our target

community by the community members themselves.
