As an example, I checked out www.happydog.co.uk as was suggested earlier in
the thread and was keen to d/l their frre report. So I entered my name,
title, phone, email address and telephone number and pressed "submit" I then
got an un-refreshable 404!!

This just goes to show that yes people do fill in the forms, even when they
dont get anything in return.

Note to happydog - perleeease.
