Surely it depends what the objectives are...?

Yes, the message will get sent around and people's curiosity will get the
better of them - who here hasn't seen the landscapes hidden in Excel

For awareness of the name and one-off click thru - great!

But for sustained users....I'm not so sure...

It hardly incentivises me to make a purchase and the content of the site -
its an e-commerce site selling sportsware - is at odds with the quirky
gimmick
