You are right. Sajid, because I don't know how. And whilst we can all fret
about our impotence to make a difference, we conveniently get on with our
own personal wealth creation.

If you have a telephone bill and are on the electoral register, there are
all sorts of possibilities for billing e-commerce transactions. The
pay-per-view I do with Cable and Wireless hits my telephone bill so it is
not hard to imagine part of C&W's role in interactive services they deliver
through the TV. And shock horror those 12-16 year olds mentioned in another
thread are already e-commerce enabled thanks to the Solo card. This is not
a credit card it is a debit card (part of Swicth) that has all transactions
authorised. No need for credit or guarantess.
