Not directly about BroadVision, but related...

I've never been with a customer where BV has passed the evaluation stage.... Everyone has ended up with either Mediasurface or StoryServer. Given that Mediasurface is still relatively a baby my recommendation has to be StoryServer (plus I've loads more positive experiences with SS), but then you only need Perl developers for MS, rather than TCL for SS (and MS is about an eighth the licence cost as well).

Tecnical support for StoryServer appears to be either limited or expensive, while Mediasurface have bent over backwards to assist. Having said that both companies have provided consultants to make up part of our development teams.
