So Gordon Brown proposes to halve internet call charges by 2002 to boost
UK net activity? I assume I'm not the only person who feels that this is
much too little four years too late.

At this point I think they might as well leave the industry to sort
itself out as it appears to be going that way, albeit slowly, anyway.

I'm sure some of you have thoughts...
