Yeah, I had a look at the PAf stuff on the royal mail site and couldn't be
bothered to make sense of their white papers.

If I don't; find anything I suppose I'll have to go back to them. If I do,
I'll let you know

I have been trying to find something that will relate the following:

postcode
place name
grid reference

The only luck I have had is the Royal Mail PAF database, which is around
£6000 for an internet license.

If you find anything cheaper please let me know.
