dashes suck.

the other major frustration is that people don't strategically buy all
domain variants.

Try finding NHS Direct.

That is your task over approximately the next 5 minutes. Think everyday
user - or you in a hurry trying to find out about some niggling worry. And
no using search engines, that's cheating. (although, granted it's also the
obvious solution).
