Well done, gold star etc. - But how many " everyday user"'s ......  "in a

hurry"    know that .nhs.uk even exists as a domain ending?  Nice of

netbenefit to grab www.nhsdirect.co.uk "on behalf of a customer" .. unless

.. you don't think ... no that would just be cynical.  Hush my mouth.
