Subject: UKNM: another three cheers for Urban Fetch...but how do they do it????

well, at 4.55pm today i ordered some bagels and a book and by 6pm it had
arrived.

So well done urban fetch. But the real question is...how do they do it? Do
they own their own warehouse, the sheer variety of products they stock must
make it a logistics headache, but they seem to have truly mastered the art
of fulfillment. Packaging is excellent as your order comes in a Urban Fetch
plastic bag that you open up to reveal your order and another bag to put the
items into (I guess to stop people nicking from an open bag when it is on
route to you)

And you get a little free gift with the order which in my case was some
cookies!

I can see Urban Fetch being a regular name on my credit card statements!
