A former colleague of mine has opened a company in Holland which outsources

Russian developers based in Russia (suprise surprise!) to western companies

looking for inexpensive but good quality programming.  The programming is

carried out in Moscow but he has a large number fo qualified programmers so

they can do a huge amount of work in a very short time scale. I have asked

him what they do. Amongst other things they do is:


Web Technologies  (XML, WML, DHTML, HTML, Java, Java Script, Php, Perl,

Flash & Shock wave, Coldfusion.

VRML), Database systems  (Access, SQL, Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL Server), Other

(C++, Visual Basic, Delphi)


I understand they charge about £30 per hour of work but I may be wrong. I

put an other agency in touch with this company and they now use noone else.

Saying this, if you use them I would be interested to know what you think re

costs, customer service etc so as to know whether to recommend them again.
