Subject: UKNM: unmetering
From: Rick Sareen
Date: Thu, 10 Jun 1999 19:15:23 +0100

Those of you interested in my hobbyhorse may like to read the Hansard
report on the debate in the House of Commons yesterday on the subject of
unmetered access:
http://www.parliament.the-stationery-office.co.uk/pa/cm199899/cmhansrd/cm990609/
debtext/90609-16.htm#90609-16_head0

Also, Newsnight carried a debate on the subject last night between AOL and
an "independent " consultant. You can see the programme on bbc.co.uk until
tonight.

The floodgates will not hold for long.
