Subject: UKNM: Communicating poorly: Network Q - another example

Last night I listened to a radio ad on London 97.3 News and it was for
used car firm Network Q saying they have 6000 cars listed on their Web
site and there were all sorts of computer sounds going on in the
background (to make it sound "net" like I guess).

But the key thing was that as you were listening you were thinking, OK,
what is the Web address and quess what ---- they didn't give out the
Web address only a phone number!

What is the point of telling people you have a Web site with 6000 cars
on it if you don't give out the URL!!!!
