This is the way ADSL is sold to the consumer, but ADSL simply means that the
upload and download bandwidths don't have to be equal - hence "asymmetric".
Those who have hacked their routers on BT's latest trial, can configure them
to
allow more upload than download, in which case it would be _ideal_ for a web
server - aside from the IP address problem :)
