Well yes - except that the bandwidth quotes for ADSL are, as far as I
know, maximum figures - given that other users on your segment or
exchange are sharing bandwidth. This is different to the situation with
a leased line, where the maximum bandwidth is available at any time,
regardless of other traffic. Correct me if I am wrong (jon m8), I would
like to be!

Another point - a simple one - if services through port 80 are disabled
in the router or the exchange, shurely it is possible to just use
another port for serving http?
