much as I hate to defend boo, I think they have been given rather a hard
time recently.
all that fuss about their sale, and laying off some staff after
christmas. Boo going Falco?
name me one high street retailer who didn't have a sale in january, and
didn't hire extra staff in the runup to christmas, and lay them off
afterwards. I bet amazon did.
and Ian's right, lots of people have fallen over more badly than boo at
launch, especially egg et al.
looking forward to the OED going online later this week.
