Microsoft and Andersen.


Low and behold:


"Microsoft joined forces with Andersen Consulting yesterday in an alliance

designed to prevent internet rivals from undermining the dominance of its

desktop operating system Windows.

The two firms are to form a new company, Avanade, to sell software and

services to Andersen's existing client list of Fortune 500 companies as well

as internet start-ups..."
