Why should NTL charge less and give you more? £15?

What the cable companies understand is that the phone business is very profitable:
Why whould they equip people with cable modems when they can sell a more profitable
second phone line?

Have you ever seen it in action, and do you watch a lot of TV? I do, I have, and I
want one - and I already have a computer at home to access the net.
