Depends on the level of funding you're looking for.  You might find

http://www.ukbi.co.uk/ useful which is the centre for business incubation

policy in the Uk with some useful links.


Alternatively, you could do worse than check out the first tuesday mailing

list / events which is a forum for startups and VC's to come together.


Other than that, there are companies you can employ on your behalf to get

you the funding.  Trouble is they take a hefty % which isn't ideal.


It's worth getting advice though - as some VC's have a bad reputation.
