I have had a client who personally could not use a mouse let alone

comprehend the WWW.

That client was able to see the benefits of marketing their hotel on the net

and (with a little tutoring of course) now accepts bookings through the ecom site I produced

for them.


They had not joined other portal offerings before through fear of the

complexity of the medium. I agree with Paul - reference everything, it need not dampen the impact if

styled appropriately.
