The only thought I had when I heard that a former High commissioner to a

colony was up for the job, was that that might be useful if people were

still taking John Perry Barlow's Declaration of Independence for

now we find out he's a deadhead, and all is becoming clear. 


now imagine if he'd got the 'drugs czar' job.
