Hi Dave,
If you don't have the latest security updates this is possible but
unlikely. Older browsers can be bypassed to allow reading (not writing)
without proper notification by opening a hidden window but the intruder
would have to know where to look to find info. So if you always place
information in default locations, if there is a security invasion you
are vulnerable.

The address at www.geocities.com/vienna/6318 has no program only a gif
so it can do no harm. If there was someone there poking into people's
browser's, he has been removed or the offending pages were. Even if it
was a joke GeoCities may have removed him.

These rumors are almost always total bogus but you should still be
careful.
