The first thing you should do is make a big long strip to represent the
background.... Making that strip repeat seemlessly in a movie clip
would probably be a good idea too. Then you can do a similar
tell-target with the background. If you can base the background's
movement on the frames of the walker's movement, and not the buttons,
it will probably turn out better, but this might complicate and frames
you add to the walker's movement (like jumping, or firing). If you're
done with what the walker needs to do, then you're fine.

I've never done this before, but it's entirely do-able. Good luck...
