FLASH: pause flash

hi folks,


I'd like to know if anyone can tell me how to pause a flash movie in flash

3, so your viewing the movie, need the loo click a button it pause's you

get relief, hit the button and the movie plays again from the same place,


I'd be gratefull for help with this issue, if you want to see some of my
