FLASH: registration point stuck in upper left corner of edit symbol mode

for some reason when i'm in edit symbol mode my registration point is all

the way in the upper left corner of the stage and i can't see enough of the

symbol to edit it. how do i get it back to the center of the stage?


the registration point is like this on all of my symbols.
