Hi Hal,

Generally I thought it was well laid-out and pretty easy to navigate (my
top criteria for information-based Flash). Some of the opening transitions
had funny little jumps in them in what seemed like the final frame or two
of each tween, as if you converted the tween to keyframes and then chopped
out the next-to-last keyframe of the transition. The calendar events are
hard to read on a 17" monitor (type is too small). Also I thought they may
as well expand on mouseover rather than on press/release, and the "x" for
closing an event is not too evident (mouseover effect would obviate the
need for clicking to close it). Also in calendar, the first time I pressed
"next" nothing seemed to happen, so I pressed it again and next thing I
knew I was two month's down the line. So I would have like feedback to
indicate the first click had registered.

I'm on a cable modem so I couldn't tell if download time was a problem.
