I think you're better off exporting in QT format and going

Hi James,

A swf file played in the QT Player retains all its interactivity (buttons,
mouseovers, etc.). Your video elements are still going to be linear, but
you can do something like have a Flash button start your video. And as
long as you get rid of all the QT Player's interface elements, it will,
for all intents and purposes play exactly as a fullscreen Flash
presentation would.
