FLASH: Do I have to get FLASH 4?

Hello everyone,


I have a project here for a tile company.

The company wants this project done in FLASH.



Here's the concept,


A visitor should be able to choose different kitchen styles, counter tops,

and floor tiles. 

Once he/she decided which one they want, they would probably click on an

apply button and the new image show up.  I'm wondering if this project would

need flash 4 becasue it seems like a form to me.


Any input would be greatly appreciated..
