FLASH: Re: Importing Illustrator 8 vector art into Flash 3

I'm having problems importing Illustrator 8 art into flash 3.  I've tried as 

.ai and .eps.  Can someone help me with the correct settings for .eps in 

illustrator:

1.  Compatibility:  .eps version number  6.0, 7.0, or 8.0

2.  Preview:  none, 1-bit, or 8-bit

3.  Options settings:  CMYK? etc...
